This Privacy Policy explains how DK Studio ("Digital Kitchen", "we", "us") collects and uses your information when you use the AI Opportunity Scanner and request a free AI audit.

1. What we collect

• Audit answers you provide in the scanner (your goal, bottlenecks, volumes, team size, revenue range, AI maturity and timeline).
• Contact details you submit: first name, email and (optionally) company name.
• Usage & device data via cookies and analytics/marketing pixels (e.g. pages viewed, actions taken), only where you have consented.

2. How we use it

• To generate and deliver your personalised AI audit.
• To contact you about your audit and a possible build session.
• To measure and improve our marketing and this page.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the audit you requested and growing our business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies & pixels

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and advertising technologies (such as a Meta/Facebook pixel) to measure conversions and improve our ads. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner, and manage them in your browser settings.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our scheduling tool (Calendly), email/CRM provider, hosting (Vercel) and advertising/analytics platforms, each acting on our instructions.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to deliver the audit, follow up, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
